What to include

Include your device model, iOS version, Habit Wallet version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not include private habit names, reward names, Health data, or other sensitive information.

Purchases and Premium

Restore Purchases is available inside Habit Wallet from the Premium screen and Settings. App Store billing and subscription management are handled through your Apple Account.

Apple Health

Health access is requested only when you connect Apple Health from the Earn tab. Permissions can be reviewed or changed in the Health app and iPhone Settings.

iCloud sync

Habit Wallet uses your private iCloud database. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled and that your device is signed in to the Apple Account you use with Habit Wallet.

MapleTrail Software is an independent studio. Support requests are reviewed as quickly as possible.
